Into the Third Week
The teaching is going a lot better with the other four volunteers here now - they're a great bunch and it's good to plan lessons together. My feet are covered in mosquito bites. I am reading Choke by Chuck Palahniuk, the guy who wrote Fight Club. His style of writing is pretty damn awesome. Life is good here but I am missing friends, family, Labradors, guitars, music and other things immensely. The weather is much better this week and I am trying to ensure that I come home looking like this:
